Dilara received funds for, Decolonizing Memory, Ludically Unsettling Space and Time, a working ground that she helped organize and participated in at Encuentro 2019 (a bi-annual conference/performance festival sponsored by the Hemispheric Institute of Performance and Politics) in Mexico City.
